About six months ago the local worship leaders group that I connect with decided to make our meeting notifications work through FACEBOOK. Meaning, I had to make an account. Which I did.Then I started getting notifications of people "adding me as a friend".
The upswing of it is, I have reconnected with dozens of friends from college days at Bethany. I always kind of shrugged off the whole myspace and facebook phenomena. My girls really enjoy connecting with their friends, but I didn't think it was that great.
Well I'm no convert mind you. But it has been really nice seeing some pictures of some great friends from the past, catching up a bit on where they are and what they are doing.
So, I guess I'm a late facebook arrival. But better late than never.

Welcome to the Facebook cult. You'll never leave now. Next you'll be updating your status every 3 min. and staying logged on all day... not that I've ever done that. I've HEARD of people like that. Yeah! That's the ticket! :)
No you are not always on facebook mom is on it for you...BUT you are always on your phone reading messages about how many people "love you" and want to be your friend...hahahaha I'm so funny....but its true!
